This project is well designed to be a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. The designer,Joe Nelson, has created user friendly homes that are layed out with care so the rooms are very useable and attractive. Each house has a front porch with views of the mountains. Designated outdoor parking spots and storage for each house. Different paint colors on the exterior gives the house a village feel.
